• All employees must wear protective masks for the full time of their working hours. The use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), such as Face Shield, glasses, apron and glove, is added in case of activities with greater contact with customers;
• The temperature measurement by an infrared thermometer is carried out by all employees at the hotel entrance, even before having access to the premises;

• We ensure the washing and disinfection of surfaces on which employees and guests circulate, as well as objects of common use (counters, elevator buttons, door handles, pens for shared use, luggage carts, among others). Hygiene is intensified and systematized according to the recommendations and operational protocols for biosafety, and in accordance with current rules and legislation;
• We use specific chemicals for professional use that are effective against Coronavirus;
• We intensify the cleaning and complete disinfection of each housing unit, its surfaces and objects in common use before the arrival of a new guest;
• We clean and disinfect all surfaces, paying attention to potentially contaminated areas, such as chairs, tables, knobs, beds, remote controls, telephones and switches;
• Utensils such as plates, cutlery and glasses are collected after the table is vacated and properly cleaned;
• Daily inspections in all areas of food preparation and service to ensure that cleaning and hygiene methods are followed and carried out consistently, according to the established protocol.

We installed 70% alcohol dispensers and totems in different points of the hotel, social and service areas (restaurants, elevators, reception, leisure areas, cafeteria, among others) for use by customers, employees and suppliers. The sanitation areas were installed at strategic points and are easily accessible for hand hygiene.

The use of all swimming pools and common areas is authorized, following the distancing recommendations and strengthening the hygiene protocol. Jacuzzis and the water park are also available with hours of use from 8 am to 7 pm.
