  • We open windows and doors for the passage of airflow, aiming to promote the renewal of air regularly in rooms and closed spaces
  • We offer 70% alcohol gel in areas of great circulation, such as reception, restaurants and lobby bar
  • We offer liquid soap and disposable paper towels in the bathrooms
  • We provide posters with signs and information about the need for frequent hand washing, as well as the use of 70% alcohol. In addition, we also provide guidance on the use of a mask and social distance

What are the protocols adopted by employees?
  • All employees must wear protective masks for the full time of their working hours. The use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), such as Face Shield, glasses, apron and glove, is added in case of activities with greater contact with customers;
  • The temperature measurement by an infrared thermometer is carried out by all employees at the hotel entrance, even before having access to the premises;

Does the property have hand sanitizing stations?
We installed 70% alcohol dispensers and totems in different points of the hotel, social and service areas (restaurants, elevators, reception, leisure areas, cafeteria, among others) for use by customers, employees and suppliers. The sanitation areas were installed at strategic points and are easily accessible for hand hygiene.
Which hotel facilities are open?
The use of all swimming pools and common areas is authorized, following the distancing recommendations and strengthening the hygiene protocol. Jacuzzis and the water park are also available with hours of use from 8 am to 7 pm.
